On Mine in Abyss, the only way to find Relics is by uncovering Praying Skeletons throughout the Abyss. These Praying Skeletons can spawn anywhere around you within a 500 block radius and can more easily be found using the Ghost Seek.

Praying Skeleton

There are two variants of Praying Skeletons, the regular version being decayed skeletons that are lying on the ground in various poses. The second and more rare variant is the Golden Praying Skeleton, this one can guarantee a Relic from any layer if you uncover it and as the name implies, it is a golden version of the regular skeletons.

All Known Relics

Due to the rarity of the Relics, Orth HQ has been able to uncover consistent information on only the Fourth Grade Relics, with scattered information on the higher grade ones.

Fourth Grade Relics

Fright Instinct - Relic that passively increases your speed every once in a while. Grants Speed 2 randomly when in the inventory. This Relic can only be found in Layer One and Two and will call upon the desire to survive and escape from predators via granting increased adrenaline to the user.

Chance Strike - Relic that passively increases your critical chance every once in a while. You can inflict a critical strike without having to jump with it. This Relic can only be found in Layer Three and was formed by the tenacity of the hostile fauna in the layer, thus allowing the user to have an increased chance of hitting the vital spots of enemies.

Respiratis - Relic that grants increased mobility in water when activated. Grants Conduit Power and Dolphin's Grace for 10 seconds and has a 30 second cool-down. This Relic can only be found in Layer Four and was made via relic materials and the gills of various creatures, allowing the user to thrive in water.

Moniscelti - Relic that grants incredible strength in exchange for taking 5 hearts of damage. Grants Strength 3, Speed 3, and Jump 2 for 3-5 seconds and has a 30 second cool-down. This Relic can only be found in Layer Five and holds an unknown origin although some theorize that it can mimic the curse of the Abyss to provide blessings and curses in equal measure.

Third Grade Relics

Layer One and Two

Verdau Effix - Relic that automatically heals you when you reach low health. Takes effect when you reach 3-5 hearts of health left, takes a large amount of EXP, and restores 5-7 hearts of health with a 120 second cool-down. This Relic is more of a parasitic organism that uses the hosts adrenaline in order to increase the regeneration of its habitat.

Layer Three
Layer Four

Panacea - Relic that can heal you and other nearby delvers for several hearts. Heals approximately 3-4 hearts of damage in exchange for inflicting Slowness 6 on the user for 5 seconds along with taking a medium amount of EXP and has a 30 - 60 second cool-down. This Relic appears to increase the natural regeneration of cells for wounds and it uses this to grant life to all nearby organisms.

Tidal Dew - Unknown Relic. Some delvers have reported that it can manipulate water to cause waves to attack enemies with.

Layer Five

Undying Wisp - Relic that can blind other delvers for a second. Prevents the afflicted delver from being able to see for 1 second in exchange for taking a medium amount of EXP and has a 30 second cool-down. This Relic was made from the decayed remains of delvers who died in the Abyss and uses their souls as a medium for its power.

Second Grade Relics

Layer One and Two
Layer Three

XXXXXXXXX - Unknown Relic. Scarce sightings report that it allows for the user to manipulate the wind in order to attack enemies with.

Layer Four
Layer Five

First Grade Relics

According to scattered reports of these Relics, we know that each of these areas contain two First Grade Relics, meaning there are eight in total. Currently we only know of the Blaze Reap and Verglas Breath Relics for sure however.
