On Mine in Abyss, all players can create and join guilds.
It is mostly a social feature, and aside from sharing your privated blocks with guild members there are little to none tangible benefits to being in a guild.
Commands

/mia guild balance [deposit/withdraw] [amount] |
Allows all guild members to deposit Orth coins into guild balance.Allows guild leader to withdraw Orth coins from guild balance.Unlike the Orth bank, this command works anywhere. |
/mia guild chat |
Switch to guild chat. This only allows players from your guild to see your messages. To switch back to global chat, use /global.

Mechanics
Invites: can be set to ANY (anybody can join from guild menu), REQUEST (anybody can send a join request), or INVITE (only invited members can join).
Guild Level: starts at 1 and can be increased using Orth coins. Each level increases member capacity by 5.
Guild Balance: mechanic that allows for Orth coin transactions within the guild using /mia guild balance command.
Privated Blocks: it's possible to share any privated block with guild members by adding a line with [Guild_Name] to the sign.
