Cosmetics are purely visual items that you can wear on top of your armor, and change your look.
How can I buy cosmetics?
See the picture below for how to get from spawn to the cosmetics shop.
Once you're inside the building, step into the room shown below to open the shop menu.
Note that the shop only uses Orth Coins that are in your Orth bank account! To add coins to your bank account, hold them in your main hand and type: /mia bank deposit [number of coins].
The instructions at the top of your screen and the item tool tips in the cosmetics menu will help you further.
